2. Warranty policy:
The battery warranty is 5 years or 5000 cycles. If the battery capacity is less than 80% of the design capacity during the warranty period, you can choose a full refund or free replacement.
3. Instructions for use:
-The battery does not include a charger. Only a charger dedicated to lithium iron phosphate batteries can be used (the charger cut-off voltage must not be higher than 58.4V). An unmatched charger may damage the lithium iron phosphate battery or cause an accident.
-To extend the battery life, the battery will not be fully discharged, but some power will be retained.
-If the ambient temperature is too low, it is recommended to return to a place with a suitable temperature to charge the battery or take insulation measures, which can improve the charging efficiency and effectively extend the battery life.
