This mini arcade is a nostalgic blast! The 45 pre-loaded SNK classics like KOF, Metal Slug, and Samurai Shodown play smoothly, and the 3.5" screen is surprisingly clear. Love the HDMI output and gamepad ports for big-screen battles. Great build quality and perfect for collectors or casual retro gamers. A mini arcade with major fun!Only Con I say is it is little small for adults to play with :)

La sélection de jeux est bonne, mais ce sont les versions aes et non mvs. La sortie hdmi n’est pas nette non plus.

I got this as I remembered hearing about Neo Geo arcade games being amazing as a kid in the 90s. The idea of having a mini arcade machine was massively appealing. I’m impressed at it, nice looking games and great fun. I’ve only tried a few of the games so far, but good fun using the mini joystick. It’s great for my desk, to have a quick go on in between working.

This is a great system. Has a few more games not includes in the interntional and Asian versions.Only downside is even if the main menu can be set to english some of the games are only In Japanese. You can still manage but woud be nice if the would include the english versions of the games as well. I mean it can't be that hard to do.I recommend that you check the game list on the different versions that are available and go with the one that works best for you if you plan on getting only one of the different. Versions.

Back in the 90's I worked at a store that had a red SNK MVS arcade cabinet. I remember spending my break times playing games on that machine. When I learned there was an MVS themed Neo Geo Mini, I had to order one!For the younger generations, the Neo Geo was a home video game console in the 90's. At the time, The Super NES and Sega Genesis dominated the market, but due to hardware limitations, those consoles had "watered down" versions of arcade games. The Neo Geo featured some faithfully reproduced arcade games. It was like playing the actual arcade games at home! Unfortunately, the Neo Geo was pretty expensive to own back in the 90's. For most of us, it wasn't a system we could afford.Looking at the MVS themed Neo Geo Mini, the machine looks great, and is built well (sturdy). The display is excellent, and the speaker provides a decent amount of sound from such a small device. The system comes with two decals, one to apply around the buttons and joystick, and one for the marquee. The decals have a matte finish, are thick, and look like they will last. There are 45 built in games - I was excited to see one of my favorite fighting game series, The King of Fighters, is fully represented, from '94 to '03. The games are all the Japanese versions, but many can be switched to English in the individual game' settings. For those that don't, you can usually understand how the game is played. If you are familiar with the original Neo Geo home console, the button layout on the Neo Geo mini is slightly different. Still, it didn't take long for me to get used to the newer layout. The system comes with a USB power cord, but like many "mini consoles", you will need to provide your own power brick to plug into an outlet. The console has an earphone jack in case you want to use headphones, and a mini HDMI port if you want to plug the system into an HDTV (HDMI cord not included). I'm pretty happy with the built-in display - I don't think I'll ever hook it up to a TV. The system has two controller ports, so you can use actual controllers (sold separately) instead of the built-in joystick and buttons.I did purchase a controller to connect to the machine. The controller is weighted, and feels like the original Neo Geo controller, but the D-pad doesn't contain micro-switches like the original Neo Geo controller, and as a result is a little "floaty". Still, that doesn't keep me from being able to perform special moves in the built-in fighting games.Very happy to add this to my game collection!

great selection of games , especially if you like fighting games like The King Of fighters , also have Five metal slugs and the Sengoku trilogy.I brought the console with an additional controller , both the inbuilt controller and external gamepad feel decent to use , they're not perfect since they freely rotate on a 360 axis instead of being 8 directions axis so you might need a bit of practice to used them to execute the more complex move in the fighting games but they're fine for casual play.I also managed to get the console hooked on a CRT television with the right HDMI to RCA/composite adapter and it's look great.in every game when you get a game over you get the option to save your game and replay that level from the start with 4 or 5 credits again , not all games are in english but in the title where you can access an option menu there is usually an language options and english is often included , even in the game where you only get japanese the games are simple enough to be played even if you don't understand the game dialogues.the console itself can be powered by most cellphone charger and if you don't plan to play 2 players very often the inbuild joystick of the console can act as the second player.

The screen is good and the control are nice. If you love fighting game you will be really happy. But they don't offer regional version of the game and some are in Japanese (vs Sega Genesis mini that offer both!). Also, third party controller doesn't work.
