These are amazing for kayak fishing. You can keep bait in it or use it as an outside livewell. I use it to carry the fish I want to keep around before dispatching them and icing them.

Be sure to read the description carefully. I read that this is a rubber basket, but it is actually nylon. When I went back to the listing rubber is an option that is not terribly clear. The net that I received is nylon and will definitely do the job of holding fish in the water while floating. The other piece is more like a mesh bag that will be useful for either a catch or holding items that are wet and need to drain or air out.The only negative is the floats are held on with zip ties and look kind of strange but won't affect the use. This could be due to my zip ties are white....not black as in the pictures. This is not that big a deal.

The folding part helps for kayaking. Nothing too large but it does the job on the move
