I purchased the HAKATOP M745H1 Spring Loaded Rafter Hook for use with my Metabo 716 crown staple gun, hoping for a convenient solution for hanging the tool. However, I was disappointed to find that the hook did not fit the staple gun without modification.The quality of the hook itself seemed decent, and it worked fine with Hitachi nailers as advertised. But the fact that it required adjustments to fit my Metabo staple gun was a downside for me.In the end, with a bit of modification, I was able to make it work, but I expected a product that would be compatible without any extra effort. Overall, my experience with the HAKATOP M745H1 Rafter Hook was average due to the fitting issue with my specific tool.

After using the pin that holds the hook on weakens and slips out of the whole and the hook and spring fall off. Even though you get two of these, they fall apart under regular construction use. I would not recommend.

First day using it on my framing nailer the pin that holds the spring in fell out and the spring and washer went flying while I was in a roof. Maybe a better set pin design is required. Very disappointing.
