I work from home and it has been an entire adventure trying to find an office chair that works well. This one was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. I work from home full-time so I use it very frequently and I haven’t had any issues with it at all. It’s very comfortable. I like the recline feature. I am a bit anxious about the foot rest because the metal bars seem thin and I’m worried about them bending so I don’t use it very often. I wish the foot rest portion had better support. I would feel a lot more comfortable using it more often. Still highly recommend. Very comfortable.

Perfect for my 13 yr old son! Easy to put together! Sturdy! Rolls great! The massager cushion is wonderful! Very well worth it!Great support hes 6ft and 200lbs hes a big boy and its perfect he loves it! Has not been out of it since we put it together LOL

UPDATE 2: The company actually ended up refunding me completely to make up for the faulty chair.UPDATE: I was contacted by the company and they were willing to stand behind their product and sent me over half of the purchase price in order to make up for the chair breaking within a year. After being contacted I would work with this company again since they took the time to contact and partially refund.This chair was not cheap. We purchased in February 2024 for my son’s birthday in April. We assembled after his birthday, and it was fine for a couple of months. Then it started making a loud grinding noise any time he swiveled. Eventually the arm just snapped off. This is all within the first year of assembly. We have had two other brands of gaming chairs that lasted many years each. My son only uses this chair a few times a week and weighs 60lbs. I do not understand why an expensive chair wouldn’t even last a full year. I sent a customer service message with no reply as of yet. Maybe this was just a fluke, but at this point I would not purchase this brand again.

Good chair but for a bigger guy the foot stool does not have good support, it cracked and we had to take it off.
