I've been using the bench for about two weeks now its alright took a little bit to figure out how to lay it flat but once you do its easy. My only issue that I have the part where your back sits is a little tall for reference I'm 6.1 but other than the height of the seat it does its job very well.

It does the job I guess, welds are not straight, the feet holding support is poorly made, cushion is a lot thinner than on the picture. It looks and feels cheap... for 150 bucks not bad, for a full price definitely not worth it.

Pros:- Price- Sturdy, not much wobble when benching- Easy to adjust- Wide paddingCons:- Leather material on the pads, not sure how durable it is- Big pad gap, I measured it at 8cm which is ~3 inches. You will feel it when using it flat- Foot padding has some wiggle- Bottom steel came a bit dented (came to a resolution with Amazon)This bench is great, the overall build quality is decent. The materials are good except for the fake leather. I feel like it will start flaking in a few years but hopefully not. The bench is easily adjustable by pulling the pins and tightening them to lock. The padding is firm but comfortable, it would be nice if the seat padding was a bit longer to reduce the gap (~3 inches). When you're doing flat bench exercises, you will feel the gap.For the price, it is an excellent bench.

It looks sturdy as promised but the brand advertised is not BARWING, it is SHIELDPRO from China and also it doesn’t look same as shown on the page.

Excellent banc, très solide et facile à installer, le siège et l’appuis du dos semble de bonne confection et le nombre de position pour faire des exercices est multiples. Le temps va me dire si le banc sera bon longtemps.

Initially I thought after receiving this bench, that it was decent for the price paid. IT DID NOT LAST. Under very light use for the last couple months, the cushions are collapsing, the top covers are ripping, and its showing wear that I would expect in 2 years not 2 months.Yes its cheap, but invest more in a good quality bench, if you want it to last.

This bench is very sturdy and has many different adjustment points from flat to incline to even decline positions. It folds up nicely and out of the way when not in use and is light enough to move around too use.

This is a very nice, man sized bench. Very sturdy, solid and does not rock or wobble. The adjustment knobs are the spring loaded twist and pull type. Seat and back are both adjustable and when you want to use it as a flat bench it has an extra lock out support for the back so there is zero flex. Very satisfied.

My bench came damaged with a hole already in the leather. This was highly disappointing to find after I had assembled the bench and burned its box. I reached out to the seller about this issue and was overwhelmed with the customer service to correct this issue.Outside this small tear I love the bench. Stable, functional and folds up nicely. I would recommend this product and highly recommend this seller.Thank you!

I ordered this bench to replace my current gym-quality bench. Why? Because it it's a lot lighter yet doesn't compromise on strength, is just as easy to adjust, and actually is more versatile since it has both incline and decline for both seat and back. In addition, it has features my current bench doesn't have at all: the 'dragon handles' on the bench allowing additional exercises, folding design for compact storage, wheels and a handle to easily move it around (did I mention it's a lot lighter?), and best of all it doesn't have a bunch of bulky attachments that I don't use that take up a ton of space.The bench cushion is really firm with just a little give yet is still comfortable. It comes with an instruction and assembly manual that I didn't use because it came 98% assembled, and a useful chart of exercises showing how to set up the bench for each one. It also came with all the tools you'll need to maintain it.This bench is hugely adjustable just by pulling out the retaining pins and moving the back, seat or foot stops. The retaining pins can also be tightened to lock them into place. The seat and back adjust for both incline and decline which is really nice since it allows for a wide variety of exercises that my current bench doesn't support not to mention the additional handles at the head of the bench. The foot stops have both adjustable angle and height (my current bench can only adjust height).The bench is pretty reasonably priced given how versatile it is. I'm really happy with it so far. My only regret is not noticing that it also comes in other colors - the red one looks really good!
