Only need to cut a small square hole for the latch to fit into ,To close properly and flush.Has Siemens doesn't have a recess for the latch.

Got our door, and it fit perfectly on our in-wall mounted panel. The door is a LOT heavier than I thought it would be (a little heavier than the blank plate that we already had on it). The price is high for something this simple, but it was very high quality and worked perfectly without any adjustment required. You get what you pay for here, a high quality part that fits and works without any issues.

The hinged door came with the lock, and installed in a few minutes. Decent quality and looks good. The cabinet with the door approached $85, so a little expensive, but there aren't a lot of locking media cabinets out there. If you want to stuff a small home network inside a metal cabinet, this is a good choice.

Works as expected. Was only $37 when I bought this a year ago and I thought that was expensive.It is just a cover and a hinge on one side. I have seen a cover like this (or an older model) that has a full face hinge that mounts to all four corners of the box. This cover does not have the full face hinge bracket it just mounts with 3 screws to one side of the panel. It is reversible and the plastic logo plate (not shown in pictures) can be put in either direction. The logo will be either at the top for right hand opening or bottom for left hand opening (hinge on right side). The rectangular hole for the plastic logo insert is in the middle of my door so you can place the logo in either direction and will be either on the top or the bottom. The lock will be either above the latch or below the latch depending on if it is left or right hung.With the panel mounted using the bend out flush mount tabs on the face of the studs and then 1/2" drywall the cover is tight to the drywall so much so that you need to push the door to get the latch to catch. The one plus to that is the door is then tightly closed vs without the drywall and a gap the door sorta flops back and forth with the slop in the latch.Comes with key and is lockable.

Wonderful product!! It installed easily and fit perfectly. Our garage had a media box with no cover and we tried various makeshift covers, then found this item online - what a time-saver, and it looks so much nicer.
