The lock is a combination lock only and despite the description is not made out of bamboo. Product details should say *CONTROL KEY SOLD SEPARATELY* like every other seller of this locks advertises. Please be aware you have to buy the key separately (SKU # MA/K1525 + control key V code found on back of lock). Better to order the padlock and key from store that has both.

The locks fully met my expectations since they were replacement locks. The service from Amazon was poor at best.

When I searched for the product I wanted, I used the text "combination lock with key" in the search box. This listing appeared with a photo of the combination lock with a key inserted in the back of it. I bought the item and noticed after receiving it that there was no key included. I wrote to the seller explaining the preceeding and that I wanted a refund. The seller would not comply. Don't let the photo fool you and don't trust this seller.
