Installed it as per instructions. It didn't take long and the 2 sided tape was falling off and letting go. Need some screw too old it in place. Thinner than I expected. Unless you are in a mild climate just looking for a little help I would find something else.

Kit comes with contact information for the seller (Mike) and he answered my text right away when I had a question. The tape that came with the kit was SUPER STRONG – so that's been fixed. It's Gorilla tape actually. Important: Don't install inside the panels of your garage door. Install it so it spans the height of each panel and creates an air gap within.Install is a bit tricky but that's unavoidable. With patience it turned out great. I've included 1 before photo and 2 after photos here.

Contrary to the other reviews, I can say the sticky tape works fine. Just use some windex like the instructions say, let it dry for 10 mins and it sticks fine. If your like me and you have a wayne dalton door, then your gonna want to buy an insulators knife, because you gotta trim the rolls down to 16 inches. If you have a long insulators knife then you can trim them down when they are still wrapped up, much faster than stretching them out. In terms of insulation I can't say yet if its helped with my heating bill yet, but it seems like a good product.

Received in few days as per schedule via FedEx, installed it and about month later got surprise invoice from FedEx for additional shipping/handling/customs clearance and what not in amount of 36.76. This was on top of 17.76 I already paid for shipping on order, so of course I was not amused.Contacted seller through amazon and got prompt apology and they asked me to send them FedEx invoice which they immediately refunded. Don't know who/what happened with shipping, but company did honor they price and shipping charge, so 5 star for customer service.Product it self is as advertised - I installed it on top of additional fiberglass insulation - essentially I padded space between metal support bars on the door with fiberglass, then nailed this over it as a moisture barrier and additional insulation. It all worked as a charm - we had cold weather in BC few days after i installed where temperature went below 0 and I would usually have garage temperature in 3-5 C range with weather like that. After installing it all, my garage never went below 10C :-)I can't comment on how good the tape is as I used it to hold fiberglass to the door and nailed foam on top, but it did look decent to me.As well, can't say what exactly is main contributor to garage being much warmer, fiberglass or foam, but it looks good, it was easy to install and un-intended benefit of having both fiberglass and this foam on the door is that added weight dampened the annoying noise when door are opened/closed so much that I can't hear it from the rest of the house anymore. All it all, it's not going to do miracle, but do your home work first - make sure you have door properly sealed with weather stripping all around, measure temperature in and outside of the garage on cold and windy day and decide if you need to insulate door to begin with. If you have gaps around the door, adding insulation on the door is not going to do anything.

Does a great job, keeping my garage and house warm. Had to buy separate 3M two sided tape as the tape supplied did not work well.

Hello everyone, in October, I purchased two sets of panels for our two garage doors. The quality of the foam is great, however, initially the adhesive strips seemed good until the temperature started to drop. Despite using almost all the tape, the panels started slowly detaching. I reinforced the panels that were detaching with the leftover tape I still had after using 90% of the tape initially. We live out in the country. After getting back one afternoon leaving the doors open for the paint to dry on a project, I found three of the panels had blown away due to the subpar adhesive tape that came with the kit. I’ve used some heavy duty 3M Extreme tape that cost me over $100 dollars to reinforce the remaining panels. I sent a message to the seller and have yet to hear from him. I am disappointed in the customer care so far. I am happy to purchase three more panels but no response from the seller. So here I sit with a garage door missing two panels and another door missing a single panel. I would have hoped to have heard something by now. If the seller is reading this, please get in touch so I can find away to get this problem solved. Otherwise I’ve just wasted $300 on a product that doesn’t work and will take it up with Amazon. I am happy to change the review if customer support and a way to fix this is provided. Until then buyer beware!!!

The insulation looks good and is in easy to manage rolls BUT the tape does not hold. Within half an hour of putting this up it was all on the floor. The tape did not stick to the insulation nor to the garage wall....it fell off as well. I went and bough $30 worth of construction adhesive....I hope that works.
