Worked on the inside of my car door to dull the rattles in the doors and make the sound a little more pronounced.Had a bit left so used it on my water cooler and it completely eliminated the buzzing, may try using on my aircon units next :)I bought a cheap wallpaper seam roller to stick it down and it only lasted for a few sheets before breaking - buy the official tool instead.

Packaging was so good. I got directly from US. Adhesion is good. Will have to use and review more after trying out for another 5-6 months...😊

I used this on the underside of a thin metal patio table. It completely deadened the metal sound when placing an object on the table. I absolutely loved how easy it was to install!

I'd say bang for the buck however with this stuff, you don't hear the bang any more. This stuff works really well.... It made the tin can doors on my Honda sound like tin can doors with sound deadening on them. Kidding aside, great for the money, does everything it promises

This is hands down the best 40$ you’ll spend on your vehicle. My 2007 Tacoma still has stock sound system, and I was considering dumping a couple hundred into new speakers, amp etc, but came across a forum mentioning sound deadener. Tried this out (18sqft) and it was just enough to cover all 4 doors (front 2 are 100% covered, rear 2 are probably about 80% covered). Right after install I hopped in the truck and turned on the stereo; sounds like I just spent a couple hundred on new speakers. Absolutely amazing.

I used 170 mil for my rear doors and this 80 mil for the front in my 2011 Mazda 3. I must say the 80 mil works better for balancing out the frequency response of the door speakers and removing resonance from internal sound reflections. 18sqst are perfect to cover both doors and double layer in certain spots. I still have about a squarefoot leftover that I'll use when wrapping the roof headliner later on. While deadening the doors did help with the door speakers, I think it made the inside of the car a lot more responsive to bass overall. My subwoofer has become a lot louder and accurate since the efficiency is retained inside the cabin of the car. The harder walls help the bass travel to the front of the car without be wasted rattling in the doors like they used to before sound deadening. Road noise has also reduced a bit but not much, as most of it comes from the floor, which I have not treated.Overall, I spent about $100 to sound deaden the car (18sqft of 170mil and 18sqft of 80mil both $50 each) and got really decent results. Just be careful when handling the sheets. I cut my fingers a couple of times because I did not wear gloves.

I've used dynamat in a past and a bulk pack of dynamat extreme if purchased locally is more than C$350 before shipping and taxes. That pack contains 36 sq feet of sound insulation material. I purchased this 18 sq ft pack of Noico for much less (including shipping and applicable taxes). This pack contains 9 sheets of sound deadening pads and weighed around 6 pounds. Both are butyl based (not asphalt) and hence, no rubbery smell after installation. Both the dynamat extreme and the Noico are both 80 mil (0.08" or 2.03mm). The box contained detailed instructions and an email with pdf with the same instructions followed. I would say that it is very close if not equal to dynamat at a fraction of the cost. A quick check for a comparison online says Noico is asphalt based, but the description on the product says its butyl. Maybe they have changed the material (?). Regardless, it doesn't have the smell associated with asphalt and seems to perform just as well with more expensive stuff. Even if noico only performed half of that as dynamat extreme and I had to purchase 4 x 18 packs (72 sq feet) to double the amount I need to use, I would still be ahead in terms of cost. Due to its weight, noico 80 mil is probably best for door panels, flooring, firewalls and trunks. If you need to insulate and sound deaden the roof of your car, it is probably better to use noico 50 mil and add some closed cell foam (CLD + MLV). Overall I'm satisfied with Noico 80 and will probably be buying more in the future

Awesome product. Well priced. I used sound deadening for my 2016 Ranger midsize SXS. Have been slowly working away at it. Product is easy to work with and does a good job of sound deadening. This is the third time I have ordered Noico. I have also use Noico WP 150 mil waterproof heat and cooling insulation over the Noico sound deadening. You will use at least 36 Sqft to do a SXS if not 54 Sqft if you are real fussy. All I have done so far is the rear panel and the roof with 18 Sqft. Second pic of roof with the WP 150 waterproof heat and cooling.
