Item was as described, and works well. You probably will want decent tools to put it together, like a ratchet drive with extension and socket to hold the inside the drum nuts while you tighten the bolt from the outside.

I needed a way to finally avoid the tedious coiling/uncoiling of the hose, which was in a difficult location. I cleared out a little driveway for this so I can park it off the path, just rolling it out to use it and back in to park it.Pulling out the 50’ hose is easy, but when winding it up I brace my foot against the rear wheel as this is not heavy.This is an attractive and minimalistic sort of design, but the assembly requires patience. The roller part is made up of several parts and requires numerous nuts and bolts. Unfortunately the access to install and tighten them is limited and the threads are funky, making it hard to get them started. The directions are good.No leaks, seems like it will last.

After making a run to Home Depot to get new nuts of all the sizes provided I was able to put it together. The locking nuts that are provided will not secure the bolts on properly. It feels sturdy and has a good weight to it.

I am DIY capable so I can adapt and understand how something goes together, even with mediocre instructions. This reel cart had issues that I had to overcome to get this thing together. One of the wheels didn't fit on the axle loose enough, so I ended up hammering it through until the threads were exposed so I could thread the wheel on. One of the wing nuts didn't have the right threading so it would not turn onto the bolt it was supposed to turn on, so I had to re-thread the wing nut. The tool that comes with this cart is crap as well; it doesn't even fit the nuts it's supposed to hold. Overcoming these issues might be minor for a capable person, but for a clueless person, these are going to be tough challenges.However, when cart was finally finished, it does function pretty well. One thing to be aware of is, when the hose gets reeled up all the way, the cart wheel might want to unwind when you let go of the hose, so you may have to kind of play with the cart wheel so it stops in place. But I didn't have any leaks and the hose coiled up just fine. Been looking for a decent hose cart like this and finally got one. But good luck with your install.. hopefully, you got a better quality-controlled product than I did.
