I bought this for wading boots, so I could hang them outside my pack and not get the contents wet. My boots are a size 14 so I got the XXL size. They could be a little bigger though. The amount I need to stretch them to fit over the boot makes me think they will snap like a rubber band. Furthermore the carabiner that came with it is junk, and will not close. If you buy these I would strongly recommend replacing the carabiner with a more robust and better quality one. I have no doubt that they would work perfectly on a smaller shoe. Just not a bulky size 14 wading boot.

I was impressed with how well this shoe holder thingamajig worked. We attached it to my child’s baseball backpack, it doesn’t take much space and holds his cleats securely. It looks flimsy and kinda confusing, but once you get the hang of it. It does its job!

Got two of these as gifts for my kids for Christmas for multiple sports shoes. They work great to clip onto their sports bags, or backpacks!

My varsity basketball player asked for this. She wanted to stop squahing her expensive basketball shoes into her backpack. This worked wonderfully. She carries two backpacks (one on her back, one on her front) and everything gets jostled around quite a bit, but her shoes stay put with this. She's had them almost 2 weeks and I watched them in action because I was worried about the shoes getting destroyed. These were white, her shoes are white so they blended in and I could barely see them. They don't seem to make her backpack bulky on the outside and fit her size 10 shoes. My daughter is 6ft tall and really loved this item, it helped her a lot to make more space in the backpack. She said she gets her shoes in and out of the holder fairly quickly and easily. Would buy again!

We use these when we go backpack camping, to hold our camp shoes, while we are hiking in our hiking boots. We stuff our climbing shoes inside the camp shoes, so we don't have to have them dirty up our packs.They work great and keep our packs cleaner.Perfect for us.
