Took me a while to figure out how to set my own code even after reading and reading and reading again lol But in the end I got it and it works perfect for what I needed! The color is beautiful too! It’s heavy and very sturdy!

I was able to set the cut my own combination on the first try, but I am concerned that it may be easy for someone to pick her otherwise get into. I haven’t ran into that yet, so time will tell. I’ve only used it once, but so far so good.

It’s not going to stun you with its quality, finish, or robustness, but it’s a decent lock at a fair price. Not an excellent value, but not bad. Easy to use, smooth enough action, and it hasn’t failed yet in its indoor light duty service. Wish it was just a bit better price so I could rave about value but you aren’t saving much at all compared to an established brand. Overall, it’s a satisfactory product

very pleased with this combo lock. the tumblers provide resistance, some may feel a bit too much. the purple worked because it stands out just enough without appearing too gaudy. setting the code is fairly simple but the instructions were confusing. the images helped though. it comes unlocked with all 4 tumblers set to "0." a strong pull releases it. you have at least 2 sets of instructions but it's painfully obvious what to do.i'd give it 5-stars but am holding back due to unknown durability. after well over 10 years, our last one still worked, but rust was taking a toll. better to replace while you can and before you can't. i found spraying the internals annually with a lithium grease does wonders. time will tell with this purple lock, but as long as we remember the code, no more flubbing around for keys. suggestion: store the code on your phone.
