Just what was needed by the stairs to the outside deck. Easy to install, strong and the shape feels safe and easy to grab onto. Good buy.

This is a sturdy set of two grab bars that can be used in tandem or in separate locations. I love the curved design. It has an attractive polished chrome appearance. If properly installed in wood beams it is absolutely safe. You really need to hit at least one wood beam on each end for safety i.e. at least one screw on each end. If you can't hit a beam and are relying upon sheetrock for anchors, I would recommend you use 3 better quality sinkers than those supplied. Otherwise, I would not trust the weight of an elderly person on the bar.So, I deducted a star for the failure to supply better hardware. But I encountered another problem causing me to deduct another star. On one end, the screw cover keeps popping off. I tried greasing and turning it to create a better fit. I tried hammering it with a rubber-head hammer. Nothing works. It continues to pop off. It's too unsightly to leave hanging, and it can't be removed unless I unscrew one end from the wall - which would expose the screws and also look unsightly. So, I guess I'll need to attempt to glue it on and hope it doesn't pop off before the super glue dries. But, this is a very poor fix because the day may come when I need to remove the grab bar for some reason, and I will be unable to access the screws. I sure hope that day does not come!

I got these to install next to the shower entrance to keep slipping to a minimum. These handles are really good quality and come with all the items for mounting with the exception of the drill of course. They were mounted in 20 minutes and there is no movement on the bar, This item should last for many years to come without issue, I highly recommend it.

We had these installed at the edge of the shower to provide support and security when stepping into an exiting the shower. The installer used a diamond head drill to go throu the tile and then a wood drill to prepare for the screws to be used in order to have very secure attachment . These are ADA approved . Very happy with these bars.

Works as intended to strong handle, instructions were very clear and made it easy. Came with all hardware needed for the install. Inexpensive, I'd recommend this product

I have installed many different kinds of these grab bars and i can see little difference from expensive brands. The metal strength is sufficient and the knurling for grip is ok.Included hardware is a little small, so i would upgrade to some stronger screws and anchors. These are fine for my purpose of adding some safety to bathroom.

If you don't need shiny chrome, these are a great deal. I have bought others (chrome) that appear to be exactly the same except the finish - paid more!

I got these to install in the bathroom for my uncle who has mobility issues due to a neurological disease. These help greatly and aren't difficult for him to grasp on to. They look neat and nice and come with everything needed for installation.

I installed these bars in a tiled shower. Fortunately the studs behind the wall matched up mid-tile so it was really easy to get a good fit. So far they're holding well and look great, although I did use different screws to mount them and both ends landed on a stud. There is a mild knurling, but it's so mild it's mostly cosmetic.
