Purchased for boat and mounted in floor below couch. 3 months after install pump began to stop working randomly. It doesn’t even have 1 hour of run time since install. When it stops working, if I tap or jar pump housing it will start and run until pressures up. I was on boat this weekend and had to move couch and jar pump on 4 different occasions. I will install a different pump next time I go to boat.

Very happy so far. This pump is the recomended replacement for 2088-403-144, whch has a GPM of 2.8This pump has a GPM of 3.5 which is very noticable.It does make more noise than the old pump, But I consider that to be a good thing. I like being able to hear it, If I am out of water or a leaks occurs the pump running will let me know.
