When I ordered these I thought there would be 2 of each color flower but unfortunately that's not the case and all 20 are different colors so if you want "sets" it's best to buy two. It's a bit pricey but they are good quality and stay in all day. The metal "teeth" are a bit sharp though so it's a little bit tricky to get them in the hair without your toddler getting fussy but once they are in they are adorable!
