How to Set a Password:
1. Scroll to the original 0-0-0-0 password and pull up the shackle.
2. Turn the reset button as indicated by the product.
3. Scroll the dials to your desired combination.
4. Turn the reset button back to its original position until it pops back up. Make sure that no dials moved before locking.

Easy to program and use, however once the preferred code is programmed in, you really have to make sure the shackle is pushed down before scrambling the numbers or it still can be unlocked. It seems loosey goosey after that, I am not sure how much life I will get from this lock.

I managed to lock it once, next time I found it hanging open and since then it doesn't seem to lock at all, complete waste of money
