So far it's been a few weeks since I own this battery, my bike has now twice the range than before (old battery was 11.6 amp hours) I ended up putting the battery in a huge triangle bag instead of using the velcro straps, it also protects it from rain. I'm doing bike delivery full time which is the reason why I needed more range and the possibility to switch batteries. ( the battery I had originally on my ebike was OEM and there was almost no possibility of getting spare batteries)So now I can do at least 4 hours of delivery using the bike on PAS 5 (max PAS) I had to change the controller too but at least now I will be able to use spare batteries, I plan on buying another battery soon !

This battery works well but the case is extremely bad and will break at the straps almost right after you use it, I use a frame bag to carry it, I would recommend not buying this battery! The battery does work well though but if the case is destroyed.
