I got these for a drum I'm making. Once I started to put the tension rods in I found 7, so far, of them were stripped. I took apart an old drum's lugs to use those and it works. So not the tension rods. I've now got to replace all the stripped ones.The lug it self seems alright. Spring inside is decent. No issues with the threading when mounting the lug to the drum
