Very thin with very little padding these show inserts do not provide much in terms of foot support. The main reason to get them would be to make your shoes fit a more snugly if they are too big. Since these inserts are so thin, you can stack them until you get the right fit. They can also be easily trimmed to size with just a pair of scissors so it might be better to get slightly larger ones.At around $20 for 6 pairs or $3.33/pair, they are not exorbitantly priced but you may just as well just go to the Dollar store and get similar ones for about the same price.

These insoles are a great replacement for those worn out insoles that you have in your running shoes or dress shoes. They are very comfortable and very easy to cut to form. Wonderful item.

My dog has a bad habit of pulling the insoles out of my shoes and shredding them. I got these to replace a few pairs because of that. These will work ok in a pinch, and maybe even better to just give them to him to chew because they are on the thin side and don’t offer a whole lot of comfort. They fit in my shoes fine, and are just ok for comfort,
