The installation was fairly easy. Tiles are easy to cut. Pattern is beautiful. Nice, shiny floor. Some of the tiles don't want to stick well and pop up on the corners but I think that's more to do with an uneven base because those suckers are STICKY. No way to avoid peeling the backing without getting it all over your fingers. And the backing wanted to rip a lot and make it a bit difficult to remove random, left-behind pieces. But the floor was laid in a day by a middle aged woman, so not hard at all and I'm so pleased with the outcome!

I remodeled my kitchen using this tile to give a more industrial look. The tile were perfect and a cost saving upgrade . I would buy this product again.
