I bought this headset for work and I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg. It was easy to install and works well. Calls are clear and it’s adjustable.

I like them so much I had to get a second one. I have one on my phone at work. The mute button is a great feature. Sound quality is great.

After fielding too many calls where I would have really benefited from use of both of my hands, I opted for this headset since it came with an impedance matching dongle.After plugging it in, I tested it with all eight settings and found the first one worked the best. I can hear callers clearly, and they have no issue hearing me.The only two cons I could find are:- The headset doesn't hold very strongly on my head. However, this is fine at my desk - it's not like I'm throwing my head about, so it's better than if the alternative were a headset that fit too tightly.- At first I thought the connection to the impedance-matching box was loose, turns out the swiveling mouthpiece has a bad connection when turned to one side. Figuring this out was a pain since people complained they could barely hear me, and occasionally it would seem to work after wiggling the connector. Fortunately, I am not concerned which side this sits on my head as long as audio comes through loud and clear. However, based on relatively little use so far, I wonder how long it will be before the mouthpiece connection fails altogether.Overall, despite the setbacks, for its relatively low price, and worked right out of the box, I'm satisfied with this headset. At least you get what you pay for.

Wrote a bad review, as the unit turned out to be defective. Seller contacted me the same day I wrote my review and asked if they could help. It was cheap enough I was just going to toss out and buy somewhere else, but gave them a chance to make things right. They shipped a replacement and I had it a couple days later. This one worked well (almost perfect). I now give them 5 stars for all, less one for the max volume, as I am using it in a busy warehouse, so I need it extra loud. The customer support staff did a fantastic job and kept me informed and they really did their best to make me a happy customer, which I now am. Thanks for that level of service!

Once I worked out the correct channel and made sure the mute button was disengaged, it works perfectly. I tested it on a number of calls and was told that I could be clearly heard. I apparently have a small head as the smallest setting is a little big - I have to set it back on my head a little so that it does not slide around.

Very disappointed in this product. The connector between the head set and the phone is very poorly made, making the pin fold inside not making a proper connection so that if the wire is moving you might lose sound or the mic. It's not defective it's just a very bad design, the pin inside doesn't lay on anything and just float into the air instead of staying on a firm base. I had to open it and move a piece of plastic under the pin for them to make a proper connection at all time.With the fix the headset work well, sound good and from what my customer told me it sound fine as well. I still find that such a major flaw on a piece so simple to make is unforgivable.
