Well made. Good size in that its' not too big and not too small. Cover looks and feels soft yet durable. Paper is nice and thick. Writes smoothly. Tried a few different pens and even some markers and it didn't bleed at all. With Sharpies though you can see it a bit on the backside. Appreciate that it opens flat, making it easier to write/ draw in. The elastic keeper, pen loop, bookmarks, and the storage pouches are all great features to have. Would recommend if you are looking for a great looking and durable notebook.

This is a really nice notebook! I don't know what it is, but it just feels...nice. Great, even. The way it opens, the paper, the added little things like ribbon bookmarks and a pouch at the back. I can store my pen in the loop. Helpful details are added without being over bearing, such as date at the top in a faded grey allowing you to ignore it some days without feeling weird. The paper thickness is great, too. Not terribly thick, but thick enough that it feels good and like it won't bleed through.

I love everything about this journal.Normally when I start using a notebook or a journal, I was leave the first few pages blank and use it like a table of contents.I was thrilled to see the first 3 pages of this book have already been turned into a table of contents. The pages are already numbered so that's one more thing that's done for me.There's a space for the date too if I would rather search for things that way.The paper is the perfect thickness for writing with my favourite 1.0mm pens.I use the ribbons all the time to bookmark my place.I have been known to loose pens in the couch cushions or have my cat knock them on the floor so I use the elastic pen holder all the time too.The elastic that holds the book closed is useful too as I use it to hold a folded 'to do list' note. If it's where I can see it, I will remember to look at it.I use the back pocket for notes I take when things come up during the day. Then I can transfer the notes into this journal or elsewhere and not wonder where I've put them.I didn't read the description closely when ordering so it was a nice surprise to find 4 colours of sticky tabs in the pocket. This stays open well when I'm writing inside of it. The cover is hard with a leather look fabric on top. With 316 numbered pages I've got more than enough paper to keep track of my thoughts, ideas and plans all in one place. It's the perfect journal/notebook for me and I'm sure you'll love it too. The value is definitely there for the price, I would have expected this to cost more.

I'm pretty happy with this notebook all things considered. The paper is decently thick, it's well bound and the faux leather cover skin is fairly tight. I will say though that the notebook is very loosely thread-bound, so if you pull out pages you risk damaging the integrity of the whole book; for most people this won't be a problem because they aren't going to want to tear pages out of the notebook, but for people who're the type to tear out pages this might not be the notebook for them. For everyone else, it's reasonably priced, reasonable quality, and has a sleeve at the back with section dividers inside. It's pretty nice!

This is a good bargain. 320 numbered pages is a decent amount and the general size feels just right — not too large to carry. I don't think I could find better for $20. Very satisfied.

The notebook is great! It has an off-white, silky smooth paper that is really nice to write on specially with gel pens. The paper is on the thinner side, there is some ghosting with thicker gel pens, but nothing too bad.The inside has 3 pages for indexing, and all the pages beyond are numbered at the bottom for ease of keeping track of things. I would have liked an additional page or two for indexing but otherwise, I enjoy this notebook a lot.You also get two ribbons, a thin band to keep it closed and a pen loop. The back also has a standard cardboard pocket to keep loose paper or stickers in, and is where it includes a few tab stickers in neon pink, yellow and blue.

This notebook feels very good in hand and it seems very practical to open it and read or jot down notes. It has 320 pages, but it does not feel too heavy or unreasonably thick. The hardcover has the right stiffness. It is not rigid, but it does not dangle freely either. You can definitely break or permanently bend the cover with a little force, but you will probably have to do that on purpose. The sheets thickness is okay. It feels slightly thin, but given that you have 320 pages, you would not want them to be thicker. I hesitate to call it a "journal" notebook, as the only thing that makes this close to a journal is that each page has a "date" section at the top. I would rather call it a notebook. The cover is faux leather. 2 ribbon bookmarks, an elastic band to keep the book closed, and a pen holder elastic ring are other extra features included.Overall, I like it. I like the smaller (A5) size for note taking. For those who do not know, A5 is half the size of A4, or roughly half the size of a "letter" size page. The price of $20 CAD at the time of writing feels somewhat high for what it is.

This is a really nice journal---one of the best I've seen (and I'm a journal snob). It's beautifully finished, with lots of added goodies: 2 bookmark ribbons, matching built-in elastic to keep the book closed when tossed in a purse or backpack, inward facing pocket in the back so whatever is stored there doesn't fall out, elastic pen holder, and colourful tabs you can add wherever you like. The paper is a good weight---not too thick, not too thin. The cover paper has a lovely leather-like texture to it, and the corners are rounded…looks and feels high end. Highly recommend.
