I get one out of every 4 to work correctly. They don’t pull tight and the stem breaks off in the middle leaving about an inch sticking above the head. I’ve tried three different rivet guns and they do it on all three. Go back to my other box of rivets and they work just fine. Went through about 30-40 and now I’m throwing the rest of the box away. Complete waste of money and broken drill bits from drilling these out.

Nice rivets...... exactly what I was looking for. I needed some rivets for black powder coated aluminum. So far I have used a couple dozen and so far only one shank broke off out beyond the surface of the rivet. Nice because that is the only one that looks 'silver' in the center. These are high quality and I would definitely buy these rivets again.

Perfect for kayak seats or anything where you want a little more surface bite. I find they get jammed in my rivet gun when they pop, but they are easily removed with some pliers.
