Change password method:
1.Initial password 0-0-0-0, align the front marking line.
2. Open the lock, pull out the lock cover and the code wheel, and align the bump with the red dot and the notch with the white plastic head.
3. Load the code you need in sequence against the red dot and marker line (be careful not to touch the mess/move the red dot)
4. Load all the wheels and covers, set up successfully.

Great for a fence gate with a latch to lock. Bought it so people could reach over my gate and work the lock from the opposite side. People can easily open the lock to enter my backyard from outside of the gate. Very well made. The combination number rings match up nicely but only have small black markers the same colour as the main part of the lock to match up with. Difficult to see where the combination numbers should stop. Could have made the markers white to make it easier to line up the numbers. Highly recommended and well made.

This falls apart every time we open it. All the number rings come off which is a giant pain to reset in the dark. Now it won't open at all. And it's only been used for a few weeks. So disappointed.

One end of lock comes off and all the dials fall out! It should be glued or screwed in but it just slides out and it’s loose so it keeps coming off.
