Installed and worked fine until it came time to shut the door. Door open limit bar hits this and keeps door from closing properly. Should maybe remove this from parts that fit the 2002 Explorer.

This is a common part that fails on Explorers. It was a little bit of a pain to actually replace, but if you watch a few videos on the internet and take your time, you can save a lot of money. This part worked perfectly and is holding up well.
