I am 5'5" and 230 lbs. I ordered this in a 4x and it fits perfectly. Like any shapewear I've ever tried, it is a pain getting on and is restricting, but it smooths out the areas I want it to and I feel more confident wearing it under dresses. The only thing is I wish it had a removable crotch because it is a pain-in-the-butt taking it down and pulling it up when I need to use the washroom.

I’ve bought 6 of these so far! They are amazing. I bought the size 4x and it fit perfectly based on the size chart. They don’t roll down ever and are very comfortable. And not extremely tight like most shapewear tends to be.

I have tried atleast 10 or 12 different support garments for a hernia that needs support. This garment works perfectly and gives great support. It is made from quality materials and true to size and easy to get on and off. In fact, I will be ordering 2 more so I will always have 1 to wear.

Bought this to wear under a dress for a wedding. Got the 4x based on size chart, probably could have gotten a size smaller but glad I didn’t. Was very comfortable & didn’t roll down after sitting. Smoothed me enough to look good in the dress without being a girdle. The boy short legging prevented thigh rubbing. Would highly recommend.

It seems like I can never win with shapewear lol, each company fits so differently.I usually have to size up because they are far too tight even to be comfortable but thatThat isn't the case with these, in order to get a smooth, compressed fit I should have sized down - theseare OK but fit much like my normal under-skivvies do.

This is an honest review! I am an 18/20 and got the XXXXL. I think I could have gone down one size but regardless, this is by far the most comfortable shape wear I’ve purchased on Amazon. The material is great and there is silicone striping to keep it up. I was seriously pleasantly surprised!!

The mid section was perfect but I had to take these off after 20 minutes of wearing them because the leg part rolled all the way up and looked like my underwear were all bunched up. Was not comfortable then.

I recently bought this to help slim my tummy down for a Halloween costume and I liked the shorts aspect for chub rub. It fit me really well but it was a little snug on the thighs (um I have thick thighs) so I would suggest a size up if you do. Overall, it works well and didn’t roll down or up. It was comfy to wear under a tight skirt.
