Missing or doesn't come with the large nut to hold it in place?

Pump itself seems to work well, but installation was a problem. It was a "major hassle" (direct quote from my husband) to find the flange nut needed in order to hook it up.Price was decent. Seemed to fit well. We were replacing a much older Attwood pump.
