Fit perfectly on my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7l V8. No issues since putting it on around a month ago. Was identical to the OEM pump that I pulled off.

I purchased this product from another store on amazon & they ended up changing my delivery date, so I canceled my order & found this store. Not only did they beat the price by a half dollar, they shipped it overnight. Same exact item. Great store.....

Upon inspection, the item is not compatible with my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 4.7. The reservoir is not capable of connecting to the rack. See pictures. The pump is compatible, and it seems that the pump is likely a reman unit, as many of these units are. It may be possible to use the pump, but will need a compatible reservoir.
