Our home is on a corner lot and our deck is on 2nd lever. This gives us the privacy we want. It was longer than we wanted so we just bent it back. Easy easy.

So easy to assemble. I recommend to those who are staying in apartments. I just covered my balacony. So good that u hardly see other people balcony. Let's see how long it will hold for.

We used this around our condo patio and are fairly happy with it. Unfortunately we had an extremely windy day and a couple of the grommets tore.

The holes for securing the screen are too far apart - so when you go secure it around the corner of your balcony - it is not able to follow the corner and ends up gaping or forming a triangular corner. I had to make my own make-shift hole to secure it to the corner which in turn compromised the material and makes it prone to tearing. The zip ties they provide to secure are too short to go over top of a regular balcony rail. I could only secure it to the vertical balcony bars but the ties were not tight enough to hold it up, so I ended up going out and buying larger zip ties that actually could fit around the top railing of the balcony. I feel the overall product was not well thought through in its design.

Very happy with this so far. I chose to cut off the excess and used double sided tape to secure, along with a few staples. Very easy to do. Only negative is that the supplied zip ties were too short, but that was easily solved with a trip to Walmart. Perhaps the seller can consider supplying longer ties. There was supplied rope, but I did not want that winding around the balcony...the grommets are quite far apart and I don’t think I would have liked the way that would look. Can’t comment on durability, time will tell.
