When my file folders arrived, they were bent in the corner and since I give them to clients as a welcome packet with items inside, I couldn’t use them. I called Amazon and told them what happened. Two days later I received a replacement. What a great seller……and product. All sellers on Amazon should be this nice but they are not. Thank you for everything.
