Q1. Why doesn't the battery case fit?
A1: Please check if you have bought and received wrong model battery case, this battery case is only for iPhone 15 pro ,[It's NOT compatible with iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus or iPhone 15 Pro Max. ]. Check the model number on the back of your phone.
Q2. Why phone can’t turn on?
A 2: Make sure the phone is properly connected to the battery case connector. If the battery case is depleted, use the charger and cable to charge the battery case and it needs to be charged to 100%.
Q3. Why can't the battery pack charge my cell phone?
A3: The battery case may not be connected to the cell phone properly. Reinstall the cell phone into the battery case to make sure that the battery case is perfectly and well connected to the cell phone.

After 2 weeks, the case would intermittently turn on and when we could get it on, it would not charge the phone. Had to return .

Is there a warranty on this product? I wanted to be happy with it. After 4 months it is not charging right. This is my 2nd one. Bought this in September and it is now December. Bought one before in May which stopped working in Sept. Is there a warranty? How do I contact the seller? Disappointed.
