One spoke on the wheel was bent and broken right out of the rim. And the wheel itself is wobbly. The buckles are annoying too they’re not easy to slip on and off it’s more like clips.

Honestly, I am extremely disappointed with this product. Everything looked fine when I opened the box and took out all of the pieces. It was all there, great! Instructions were inside the folded trailer seat, so it took me a few minutes to find that. I started putting it together and ran into problems right away. I could not for the life of me get the sides snapped by myself. It was like they didn't fit. I called my Mum to come help me, and still we couldn't get them snapped. Finally, after 1.5 hours of trying we got them in, but were so tired and our hands hurt from trying to hold the buttons in and push at the same time. The rest of the assembly seemed alright, and everything was straight forward. However, once all together we noticed one of the sides had popped out. Irritated, I asked my Step Dad to help. He tried many different things and finally using a ratchet tie down strap to pull the front and back poles together... the frame was clearly bent, making it nearly impossible to snap the pieces together easily. It is supposed to be a one person task, and you should he able to collapse it for easy storage. Nope! I'm so upset, I'm a single parent with a baby, we live in a small place so I needed something I could store easily and fit in my trunk. This thing is not coming apart again, it was way too hard to get together, there is no way I'm tempting it. Unfortunately it would be too challenging for me to try to return this. It sucks because it is a great ride, and is the exact color I was hoping for. But it is now being stored outside behind a bush, locked to a tree (so it doesn't get stolen), covered in a tarp that keeps blowing off. I'm extremely unhappy with this and honestly regretting buying it. I wish I would have recorded us trying to get it together. Makes me sound dumb for not knowing how to do it, but seriously it was brutal! I almost threw it out the door.

We love it! Fits our 2 & 4 year old comfortably. Easy to assemble. No concerns with missing parts! Lots of fun to come!

Our little one loves riding in this trailer. It has lots of storage space in the rear for picnic items, blankets or toys. The harness is fantastic and ensures the safety of our child while the trailer is in motion.

It is a great, strong, sound trailer. works perfectly as a trailer and stroller even with snow.A little difficult to assemble, especially the push-pins, some were locked and hard as hell!!

This arrived earlier than expected was supposed to arrive 4/14 got it in on 4/12.Being under quarantine this was an awesome surprise.Went to set it up and it was easier than we originally expected it to be. Was out of the box put together and on the bike within about 20 minutes!Took it for our first ride with 2 littles loaded up a bunch of water. Their blankets and was able to go a good distance without them complaining! I wish they made a grown up version. Looks super comfortable! Love love love

Received my cart today, box looked like it had been opened before, a lot of tape. I should have just left it alone and sent it back. All pieces look to be there. Following steps to get it put together and get to step 5 where you expand the frame. One side will not move, like its locked in place, so I'm thinking the person who ordered it before me couldn't get it to expand and sent it back. And instead of me getting a NEW one that I ordered I get a returned one!!!! So beware if you order something a little spendy and the box doesn't look new SEND IT BACK!!!

So we haven't had this very long but we love it. It was easy to put together and seems really strong. Rides well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it came without any directions. Even though it was easy to put together, I would have felt better about it with some directions.

Let me start by saying, I do not like to waste money. Especially if I am spending over $100. At first I just wanted a used bike trailer. But I just wasn't finsing what I wanted. At first I looked at the instep $99 trailer but there were so many bad reviews about the tires. Living in a area,that has terrible winters- all the roads,and many sidewalks are chewed up from salt. And the thought of getting a flat tire miles away from home with my baby was unacceptable.I do a lot of research before I buy something, and this bike trailer is the absolute best at this price point. I didn't even feel it behind my bike at all. My son is 35 lbs and almost 37 inches tall. He had plenty of room. It took all the bumps like a champ! My son loved it! This thing is very sturdy. And it is such a breeze to manuver as a stroller. Me, my husband and son all love this! Super excited to ride more!

The product itself is awesome, my son loves to ride in it. He is 3 and is always telling me to go faster. The tires come inflated already. And I love the quick connect for bikes. This is the first time I have had something like this. I don't plan on putting the push bar on it because I bought it for my bike.The one down side I would say is there is no way to completely cover it to store stuff. For example I use this to go to one of the pools my neighborhood has. I put my son, towels, and other swimming stuff in there for the trip. Sometimes we don't take everything out of it when we are in the pool area and even though it has a small storage area in the back sometimes the stuff wont fit back there.The positives are the materials that are used. Strong cloth and wrap material. Frame feels solid when connected and riding down the road. I don't worry about things falling out. My son even feels safe enough to lay in it while riding.I may put some LED's in it for night rides and camping.
