It doesn’t lock when you have it folded so it will come open when you’re walking, put a lock on the other side would be extremely helpful

I haven't used the net yet, but it seems well made and durable. However, the net rim is heavy so it would be difficult to use this net with one hand while holding a fishing rod,In the other hand, particularly when the handle is expanded to its maximum length. .

The Bombrooster Fishing Net is very durable with an extended telescoping handle. The fishing net can easily collapse for portability if you want to fish on a river and attach it to the back of your fishing vest with a magnetic release or you can use the net for shore fishing with the telescoping handle. The net will work great for small fish like trout and panfish. The net is not deep and not meant for bigger fish like bass or catfish. The quality of the net is exceptional. I recommend this net to other fishermen who want a solid net at an affordable price.

I bought this to upgrade my net to a rubber one so treble.hooks don't get caught in the netting. Waste of time and money.. this net is a bluegill sized net. I'm a bass fisherman and couldn't fit my smallest fish in this net.i wouldn't even use this as a trout net because of its particular dimensions.. I show my old net as comparison.. note the nets are the " same" size on paper but in reality this net is for bluegill or pan fishing
