I've needed this dust catcher for a long. Didn't think about getting it online until a friend told me. It makes my planing process so much neater. It fit perfectly.

The bag is not the same as the original bag that came with my Bosch 1594 planer. While the larger bag will connect to the outlet, it makes it difficult to get close to corners. My solution was to use the original metal framing from the OEM bag and fasten the new bag to it, making it smaller. The fact the replacement bag is of a larger size should been stated in the product description.

Excellent for trimming doors in a finished home. Absolutely catches all dust and shavings.I have ordered Bosch products from Bosch Online and Amazon. Amazon Prime is much quicker and easier.

I purchased this bag as a replacement for bag for my Bosch 1594 planer. It works but is not the same bag as the OEM bag. It is bigger and requires an adapter to fit on the planer (the planer outlet is much smaller than the bag intake opening). The bag works fine; it takes up more space in the case, making it somewhat harder to close (you have to get the bag and adapter in just the right spot to for the case to close easily.
