works great! i used these to clean up threads on 1/4 stainless NPT. i even cut the threads a little deeper than they came from the factory, maybe an extra 1.5 to 2 turns.

Re-tapped a 9/16-18 argon fitting with this to use quick connects on my argon regulator. Worked fine. I prefer split dies but nothing to complain about with this die
