1. For the drill, I did not expect the part to change the torque is made of plastic.2. Should have bought Bosch CLPK232A-181combo which costs $20 more but has a nicer tool bag, metal chunk, and 2.0 Ah batteries.3. The customer needs to pay the shipping if returning the item.

Ça fait 4 mois que je travail avec la drill et l'impact bosch et jusqu'à présent de plus en plus de problème font surface les batteries ne durent vraiment pas longtemps et aussi un gros manque de performance au niveau de la puissance des outils, pas très pratique... je suis vraiment déçus de cet achat

Got this combo kit on sale plus there was also an extra Bosch discount on Amazon. Which made this an amazing deal for the power and quality that you get from Bosch. The power of the impact driver will get pretty much any job you need done. The hold thing has been pretty simplified making it easy to swap batteries or bits. The led lights on the front is a nice touch as is the comfortable grip and weight.

This combo set is very dissatisfaction did not have the torque or speed to put screws in or drill holes very disappointed in this set.I need to return for refund.I rather have the dewalt set instead much better drill and impact set.

Love the kit and the driver and drill. The only thing thrown out was the bag, because I use tool racks. That being said, compared to using Dewalt tools, I can say that yes, there is definitely a difference in power. The Bosch driver that is in my hand, is more quiet and less noisy, which, who cares in my trade, but when it comes to driving 150 three inch screws into the floor, and this driver takes less time than a Dewalt 20v tool, then I will stick with this guy, because time is money.Have not used the drill much so far, but it feels more effective, the motor, than most of our other hand drills that we currently have, which is nice for when you hit a screw and want to keep going. The drill also seems powerful enough to use 14 remeers without any issue too, so that's good.- Would recommend.

Looked brand new, no damage as described. I am assuming it is a refurbished model, but for the price i'm fine with that. The impact driver is great, I got adapter bits to use sockets, and use it everyday at work. Sufficient torque considering its size, will not undo everything, but that is not what I bought it for. It helps speed up with lesser torqued bolts, battery life is great. Not very impressed with the drill so far, but might have been due to the battery being at half charge. Even so, I have used the impact driver for days without charging and still do not see the same loss in torque. Yes this is even on the full torque (drilling) setting. Did not cause a stoppage, but drilled much slower than expected (if that makes sense)

This set is great! I bought for my husband for Father's Day and I use it as much as him. The tools are not bulky but pack a punch and get the job done. I love the impact driver with the power drill as I leave the bit in the drill for predrilling and use the impact driver to screw, makes the job so much faster. The other plus is that I've only had to charge the tools once since receiving them in June. That's two months one charge and they haven't just been sitting in the case. We've put them to good use at least once a week, often throughout the day.

Bosch has proven to be a reliable brand for me. I have purchased the old style tool kit and besides the flashlight, over ten years of heavy home owner use. Built a house and remodeled another, that kit works as it did on day one. I expect the same from this set.
