I bought this device to use to track a container that I’m sending internationally but as soon as we putt it inside the container it stoped updating, I called costumer service and they said they can see that the device is on but not responding to the satellite and it won’t work inside a container even with the International service subscription(Which I still don’t understand why when even my AirTag is working)So don’t get blinded by the battery life or the look of this device if you’re looking for something reliable

You will NOT be disappointed with this GPS Unit. The GPS tracking is accurate and magnet case attached securely. Battery Life unit has been active since 4/14/24 and its at 86% AWESOME! The chat feature to ask a question is TOP notch, Kelvin helped me through setting up a report, thank you Kelvin. Your professionalism and helpfulness were awesome, I appreciate you!
