I like the idea behind it. My 15month old and daycare kids love it.Installing it would have been muche easier if the instructions (and pictures) were clear. We’ve used it a handful of times and a few of the connections have started to leak. We’ve tightened it as much as possible but can’t seem to fix it. The bucket part does not line up properly and doesn’t fill/fall the way it should.Overal, it’s fun but it needs a few improvements for it to be worth the current cost of $140+.

This broke while putting it together. The bucket doesn't line up with the water spout so doesn't fill or tip as it should. For the amount of money we spent on it, definitely not worth it. I don't recommend ANYONE purchase this.

it was very flimsy and the spaces for the sand and water were too big to hold the containers when they had some weight in them. I had only put a handful of sand in one and it fell right through. And the same for the water. It was a really cool concept just maybe should have had screw connections in every corner to strengthen it. I did love the water bucket dump tho. That was a big hit

Nothing lined up properly. Some holes didn’t spout water out. The big bins kept falling once water was in them. Awful quality and so expensive for what you’re getting.

I’m very upset with this purchase I’m usually not one to write reviews because I just feel like it’s a waste of time . But I honestly feel like this purchase was a waste! And I’m so very upset it’s way over priced the quality is terrible . And it didn’t even go in how it was suppose to a piece broke and I felt so bad because my four year old wanted to play with it so bad so I continued to set it up. And still was very disappointed the buckets kept falling through and I just can’t believe these people are literally ripping people off left and right. And I hate that I was one of them . Save yourself the anger and hole in your pocket and try to just go and get the pvc pipe from a store and build yourself it will be WAY BETTER I really wish I would of done that instead!!!! If you read reviews and you came across mine and are at this point in my review trust me do not waste your money!!

We use this at a child care center. It gets a lot of use! However, it is not the easiest to follow along and put together. This may be due to the piping barely being long enough to fit together. They left no room for overlap. Therefore, this whole set up comes apart at one place or another by barely a touch or a bump. Also, the sensory bins do not fit in the spot for it. We don't even use them because they just fall through. I would love this product if they made the piping slightly longer to get a good fit together so that the structure just stays together during play. The kids still love it and this has been way better than a sprinkler overall.

This is the absolute best (Southern spring) summer toy ever. We read many of the negative reviews but having worked with pvc pipe before (our daughters bed is made out of pvc pipe) we knew that 1) Pvc pipe is EXPENSIVE! The pipe itself isn't too bad but the connector pieces are quite expensive and add up fast. The cost of the pipe and connectors goes up the thicker the pipe. This toy uses pipe that is quite large so the price would be much more than that of the pipe we used to make her bed. Plus it's colored which is difficult to find and adds an extra cost. So the cost of the pipe alone is worth the $85 of the product. 2) The nature of PVC pipe is that it comes apart easily. You absolutely need to use a rubber mallet to put pvc pipe together. Yes the water buckets fall out if you don't mallet them together. A good few whacks with the mallet and your water and sand buckets should stay put. I've watched my kids playing in this every day since the first end of March (We live in the south, it's the end of May here now and entering the 90's already) and as they continue to touch the pipes and ride their bikes through the 'car wash', even with the mallet the pipes will come apart and need to be whacked back together. The product is not broken, it is still usable. Just push the pipes back together with a good few strong whacks with a rubber mallet. The only negative factor I'd say is the quality of the plastic of the bucket that flips the water. After two months in the sun the bucket is getting weakened by the sun rays and is cracking. I'm sure my husband can drill holes in a sand bucket to replace this but the company should have used a higher quality plastic here. Regardless, for the amount of enjoyment this toy brings my girls and all the neighborhood kids, I still give it five stars. Just be sure to use a rubber mallet when you put it together and keep it handy throughout the summer.

We've had this waterpark for about a month now and love it. There are a couple minor issues which is why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5, but easily able to correct these issues myself.First issue - The 2 water buckets. DO NOT over fill them per the instructions (do not fill over half way) and you will be fine. But either way, I forgot that I had read this and the second time we used this I had the water basins fall out because I overfilled them with water and they were too heavy. EASY FIX - I took the basins off and drilled min 4 screws into the PVC pipes that hold each basin, and left the ends of the screws sticking out as a way of holding the basins. No more falling issues and you can still take the basins out.Second Issue - I personally would like the part of the structure that holds the water basins to be a bit sturdier. There is no support to the ground in between where the two basins sit. EASY FIX - I'm simply going to add another piece of PVC to this for more support. One other thing, which I don't think is an issue therefore I did not base my STARS on this, but an easier way of moving this structure would have been nice since its so big and clumsy. For me, I will be adding caster wheels to this so that I can easily move this in and out of my garage. We do not have a good flat grass area to use and store this, therefore we use this on our driveway. I have also purchased a cheap strip of fake grass to put under this so the ground is not hot.One more idea, the company could have provided some shade on this. Either way, within the next 2 days I will be connecting a tarp to the top of this for shade which will also hang down at an angle over the water basins for shade their as well.Overall I'm very happy with this product. No real issues yet. I do think this company should improve the structure that holds the water basins to provide some support in the middle as well as to keep the water basins from falling out when filled too high. It would also be nice if the entire structure itself were a little bit sturdier so that it would be easier to move it around. Of course cross supports would be hard to do if you want to be able to walk through this.
