I'd love to give 5 stars, but my trailer arrived missing pieces. In order for Burley to send the missing parts, I need to provide pictures of the trailer, showing the missing parts, the serial number, and a retail receipt. The 1st two items are simple, but a retail receipt from Amazon is a little more tricky... Sure, you can pull one up on the app., but I couldn't attach it to an email, and printing, or even screen printing, from my phone wasn't an option due to my printer and the formatting of the invoice on the Amazon app.Additionally, when I got around to using the trailer (weather just got nice here in Boise), one of the tires won't hold air. I realize this is a cheap fix, but to have a "drad tire" out of the box is frustrating!So, Burley quality control isn't great, and the burden then falls upon the customer to find a way to get them a receipt from a phone application. 5 stars for product, 1 star for quality control, and 1 star for their customer service pollicies.

This is a fantastic bike trailer. I've ridden at this point over a hundred miles with it, putting it through wet and dry, on and off road, two rowdy dogs, a first grader, and all the gear we'd take on an adventure in the day. You can't even tell, apart from the mud on the tires, the abuse it's taken. It holds up, it rides smooth, and it's durable. If you want a bike trailer, this is the one. I love it! One thing to note however -- others will love it too. I had mine stolen off of my bike by a drug addict (a not uncommon fauna in the woods of Florida), and it runs so smoothly and well put together that they sprinted away with it on foot like a roman chariot. When you get the trailer, buy a padlock for the hitch as well to attach it to the bike to go along with your bike lock.I'm going to buy another one of these regardless. Worth every penny!

I am really happy with this purchase. I hemmed and hawed for a while because of the price but it's so nice to have a trailer that fits my big kid and all our stuff. It's beautifully constructed and words great with my e-bike. Nothing about it is flimsy, the rain cover protects from the elements. I spent 3 months researching a trailer that's larger than a regular toddler one and this fits the bill

This bike trailer was easy to assemble and great quality. It is easy to fold up and store in original box after use as well. You could haul children, pets, and even groceries in this thing. Would recommend.

I cannot say enough about this bike buggy. My granddaughter loves it. I hook it up to my electric bike. It works fantastic. It is a product I can say is made well and I have not seen that in a long time. It was easy to set up and is easy to hook up to the bicycle. I would recommend this to everybody.

Previously bought a Thule trailer that didn’t fit my ebike which has a 12mm axel. The burly on the other hand fits perfectly. I use it to take my 6 year old son around and he loves it. He hasn’t complained about the bumpiness so the large wheels are working great. Excellent purchase.
