I ordered both the Encore trailer and the double jogger kit in April of 2018. Since then my wife and I have put a ton of miles on this trailer, both with our bikes and on foot.tl;dr: Really solid build quality, excellent features, both us and the kids love it. Buy it.We bought this trailer as the next step up from a stroller with small plastic wheels. We lived in a rural area with a mix of paved roads and trails. Nothing stops the Burley, it rolls easily over everything especially with the jogging attachment. On our bikes it’s just as good, low rolling resistance and super stable for the kids. We’ve since moved to a more urban area but the Burley keeps delivering. We use it to walk to the grocery store as a family (before COVID-19), and it holds a decent amount of groceries. Biking is even easier now on nice roads. The build quality is great! 100% waterproof in our experience, super cozy for the kids in the winter or in bad weather. Very strong fabric and it secures really well to the frame. It has reflectors everywhere, and in bike mode it has a little flag that you can fit to the handle (which acts as a roll cage!). I added a bike headlight/taillight combo for extra visibility, now I’m pretty sure you can see it from space. The kids really enjoy the different riding options, either with just the screen down, or the screen and waterproof cover. The sunshade is nice as well. We’ve taken it to a few different places in the back of our vehicle, and it folds down really easily. With the wheels off and the trailer collapsed it’s pretty good on space. I ordered an extra bike hitch so my wife and I can trade off sherpa duty on the road if required. Also, as a bike trailer, the main connection point to the bike is via a tough, flexible rubber piece. This allows the bike to roll completely to one side or another without tipping the trailer over. Very nice featureI only have a few small issues with it. One, the front jogging wheel loses it’s alignment pretty easily when you’re taking that assembly on and off to switch between bike trailer and jogging mode. Two, the clip that holds the back up strap to the trailer hitch on the bike. It is a simple spring clip, and has managed to get pretty beat up, to the point where it doesn’t always stay attached. If I had one recommendation to make to the company, it would be to use a small locking carabiner in place of this clip. Probably more expensive, but it wouldn’t fail as easily. Might also be more susceptible to seizing in the locked position, which might be a good fail-safe, but also could make it harder to detach the trailer from a bike. Might need a small wrench or something. Regardless, two VERY small points to improve on an otherwise phenomenal piece of kit. We’re extremely happy with this trailer, and we expect to use it for a very long time. Once the kids are too big for it we’re going to use it as a cargo trailer!

I took a chance and bought an open box-Like New trailer and it’s definetly not even usable. The design is pretty cool. Unfortunately it has a couple rips and holes in the side windows which is fine but then the hook that you put through to hold down the wheel attachment is missing one the one side (really can’t use this without that). Maybe I could buy one at a hardware store? Also the hook you use to hold down the shield is missing on the one side. It even looks like maybe it was ripped of? I’m not sure. But nothing holds down the shield withought that. Lastly the safety reflectors are missing on the one wheel , and the safety flag did not come along with the package. If you really do want this item I’d suggest not getting it from the Amazon Warehouse .

I did a lot of research and looked at a lot of different brands and I’m extremely satisfied with this trailer! First impression is the color is a beautiful blue in person and over all a very awesome looking trailer. But that’s not what is important, what’s important is if it will hold up( with 2 kids and different elements against it) ...so the answer is...yes! We have had it for about 2 months and it’s stiill running great and like new even though we use it on a daily basis...so it’s very durable and I can tell it will last for the long haul. It’s very light and easily transforms from being a bike trailer to a jogging stroller by switching parts quickly yet securely. The kids are comfortable and have a lot of space to themselves, while having a very large storage compartment in the back. With multiple covering options it’s perfect for any weather! Can’t go wrong with this trailer!

Love the size and all the space in this stroller. I use it wok walk to the grocery store and I have room for my kid, and three bags of groceries. There are two things I don’t like and that is the stroller wheels are loud, they are not filled with air and are what seems like solid plastic which makes them loud. Also if my daughter is not in the seat it tips backward if there is to much weight in the storage area in the back, I have to unload it before I take my daughter out.

ProsLight (can lift it into car easily)Fits through most public doorsComfortable seats that recline a bitLots of storage spaceEasy to push as a strollerAdjustable handlebar is great for me. 5’1ConsA bit tight. My 11 months old and 2 year old better get along well. Not much room for their shoulders. No sunshade unless the bug net is closed. It gets hot here so I often have the whole front open and have to create shade.I haven’t used it with a bike yet, just as stroller. Wished it had the option of a swivel jogger wheel instead of a fixed one or two small ones that cost extra. But overall a good trailer.

This is a very well built trailer and feels very stable while jogging, strolling or biking with it. A couple things I think burley can improve on first making this trailer a little bit wider and have a small divider in the middle to prevent my twins from leaning against each other and getting fussy. They are only 10mo old and the space for them is lacking. They're litteray shoulder to shoulder and more. Not that we're big people. Both my wife and I are small. My twins are in the 80-90% growth chart so this would probably work better for smaller to average children. (I know burley makes the d-lite with more shoulder space, but It still doesn't increase the sitting space) This trailer can also get really hot since it's well enclosed. I wish burley had made mesh material on the sides to increase airflow. There's also an attached plastic to the mesh on the rear and the only way to get adequate air flow is to keep it flopped open in the back which is hard because there's nothing to keep it up like Velcro. This trailer is well suited for cold weather because it can be so enclosed and keep heat in well, especially with two kiddos in. Had we had smaller children and lived somewhere colder, not like central Texas then this would get 5 stars.

Burley quality is amazing. This buggy is built for easy and safety. I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She is a runner but has found that bike riding with the baby is fantastic! Smiles all the way on this unit. Breaks down flat and easy. Hangs on wall flat when storing. Wheels have quick release. Sun visor for the riders is fantastic. Storage in the back. Aluminum frame is square tube strong and really light weight. Pulls like a dream. This model also has many options like a cross country option... It feels like it will last for generations. It's that good!
