Installed this over vinyl plank. Old floor was washed , degreased, and then wiped with rubbing alcohol. Installed and pressed into place with enough force that you can see the plank pattern. 2 days later more than 25% of the edges are lifting. Pressed back down using my heel and a twisting motion, 8 hours later edges lifting again. Waste of money and time, i do not recommend. When the tiles showed up packaging was flimsy and all edges were curled up slightly. Inferior product.

We recently installed these floor tiles over our existing linoleum with terrific results and it was very easy to complete this project. Our bathroom looks great and we couldn't be happier about our experience...next thing for us to watch is how well and long this flooring holds up. We're optimistic.....

I removed a section of my kitchen cabinets so my husband could get by in his wheelchair but it left a rectangle of bare underfloor. I couldn't find the exact linoleum I have and couldn't redo the entire floor. So I ended up getting a big square of the closest pattern, cutting it to size, and sticking it down. Over time, it cracked and chipped and looked awful. These fantastic tiles solved my problem. It was a little hard to separate the backing from the tile, but I was able to do so by inserting my fingernail between them. I put them down right over the existing linoleum, including the mismatched piece. They're really sticky but able to be lifted up and repositioned if needed. And they look great! I have a rounded storage unit that my husband can get by and it looks as though I've created a separate nook for it. Down the line, I might redo the entire kitchen floor with these.

I will be purchasing more of these because they're good *enough*. I bought these to use short term during suspected asbestos remediation and to cover bare underlayment. They are very thin and apply only slightly nicer than a cheap contact paper would. They do okay with the sticky backing but I used floor adhesive in a high traffic bathroom (and no I would not recommend this in a bathroom- this was a bit of a quick-fix short term flooring solution for us.) The patterns do not line up exactly, even though each tile is the same design and same size...
