  • If when you receive the ink cartridge you notice a leak, it is most likely due to impacts or compressions during transport. In this case, find us through the order page.

  • No, these cartridges cannot be refilled. We do not recommend refilling them as it may affect their performance.

  • These ink cartridges have a 24-month shelf life .

  • Remove and reinstall the cartridges, repeating 1-3 times. If the problem continues, gently clean the nozzle and chip using the provided cleaning wipe, then reinstall the cartridges.

I tried 1 ink cartridge in my quite new Cannon Pixma TS3420 printer & it did nothing but leak ink on some paper, literally a blob that leaked through 5 pages, & caused my printer to throw several errors. I do not recommend this product as it does not work as advertised.

I've had luck with this brand before. However, I ordered a pack of two black and one coloured, and the coloured does not print anything with red/magenta in it. It just prints everything in blue and green tints. I cannot return it because it has been more than 30 years. I tried everything with my printer, but nothing worked, so I assume it's a defective ink cartridge.

I was surprised to find both black ink cartridges leaking in the bag (see picture) I won't take the chance of having the color cartridge leak in the printer. Despite the 4.6 ratings, I was disappointed in the product's 66% Failure. The only reason I am giving it a one is the cartridge didn't fail in the printer. I could not return the product because of the time-lapse from the date of purchase.UPDATE: I did find a customer service card and emailed them what I experienced. I was not expecting any answer. To my surprise, customer service refunded my purchase. I have changed the rating because of the quality of the customer service I experienced. You might have a better experience with the product. Not sure why it failed, could have been a bad batch. They do have good customer service.
