Ok... The auditions are over, we have a winner! Looking for the perfect lite rain jacket has opened my eyes to lots of necessary features. This jacket checks all the boxes for me...PROS-*It's Omni Tech fabric outside*Mesh interior wicks moisture so you won't end up in pool of sweat*Breathable fabric*Adjustable hood*Waterproof zipper*Taped seams*Zippered hand pockets -generously sized*Pit-zip vents (2 thumbs up)*Covers my derriere*Velcro wrist adjustment*Soft poly fabric.. Not noisy*Very lightweight*Drawcords at hem*Columbia quality*It's on sale!CONS-*Hood doesn't stow*No 2-way zipper*No storm flap over zipper (however after trying several jackets that had one, it's kinda a pain to zip easily-so this may be a PRO)*Not sure if it stuffs into a pocket but can certainly stuff into a small stuff sack*No inside pocketI ordered the black/Gray since I'll be using it for hiking and biking... Won't show dirt and grime. The medium fit but I ordered up so I could wear it over a sweater or thicker clothes year round. It's roomy, but not sloppy looking. I'm 59 yrs 5'5" & about 155 lbs athletic build.
