I am a 5’5”. 150 lb woman. I ordered size medium and the fit is great. It’s very stretchy and not too tight. I like that the neck is long enough to slouch or fold down depending on how much coverage I need. The inside is a thin but effective fleece and feels good on my skin. I work outside and wear this as a base layer all winter.
