Replaced both fans in my MSI GT62VR 7REFans work well and keep my laptop cool during a long gaming session.When fans are going full speed its about the same loudness as the original fans.Buy two as your original fans most likely will fail in a short time after replacing one.

Fan came in, started putting it in my laptop (GT62VR 6RD) and it wouldn't fit, then I realized it was because the plastic casing had a lot of casting edges left on it, so I had to file the edge down smooth to fit it in. Otherwise, great product, spins 1000rpm faster than N322 model fan so now having the 2 separate models makes for a strange noise. 1-day shipping was also definitely worth it, since the other replacement fan I ordered came 3 weeks later.TL;DR: Good product, fast shipping, but be prepared to smooth out some edges before installing.
