Initially this was amazing but our puppy started chewing on the drawstring closure when she was teething and it didnât last long. Then we had a friends pup over and she got hold of it and ended up chewing on the zipper part cause she was teething and she finished it off so now it doesnât close at all and had to be thrown out.Itâs unfortunate because we loved this carrier so much and so did our puppy. They need to use a better quality zipper and drawstring closure cause I can see this happening with a lot of people with younger pups who want to chew on everything. However it did last us about 10 months so for the price we paid we got good usage out of it.

From the other reviews, I was worried this might be too small as she measured 8 inches from neck to tail. It was actually a wee bit big, but she fits inside comfortably and loves being inside close to me. Iâm not thrilled with the camo design, but itâs fairly muted and will do. The mesh keeps it airy which was appreciated by my yorkie for warmer days. Enough room left for her to place a small blanket inside in the winter when we wonât want the air. Sling is comfortable for the both of us. Overall, Iâm happy with the product and glad I purchased.

I couldn't use it. It was too small for my 4lb Chihuahua. He also felt nervous being in it and yes I know, Chihuahuas are usually nervous but not around their owners. I think he felt nervous because it didn't have a stable bottom, so he felt squished and not able to stand to look out without being shocked.

Phoebe does not really enjoy being put into this pup pouch but once she's there and, if the wearer keeps moving, she does just fine. My wife like to load Phoebe before she puts the pouch on. Getting all those squirming legs on the inside and making sure that we don't get fur pinched in the zipper can be a little cumbersome. Phoebe weighs 9 pounds and the medium size seems to be about right. A little larger might work better or it might not. Hard to tell without trying.We use the pouch for bike rides as it seems to be more comfortable and certainly easier than the other front carrier we have that sorta has a hundred buckles and a hole for each limb.This pup pouch seems to be fairly well made. The mesh material is breathable and lightweight, yet seems tough enough to last. The zipper seems heavy duty and there's an additional plastic snap closure at the end to help keep everything together if the zipper would happen to work down a bit. For our pup, the opening for her head with the drawstring, could be a bit smaller. She likes to work a foot or two out through the opening as well. The floor and the back of the pouch are made from a heavy, padded vinyl material that is lined with a slippery canvas on the inside. It's the same vinyl that's used for the 4 inch wide padded shoulder strap.The green and tan camo color looks ok but seems a bit masculine. I would have gone for a nice yellow if it were available. However, I'm sure that this camo will hide the paw dirt and any scuffs and scrapes much better.I feel like $24 for this well made pet carrier is a real bargain in this world of high priced pet items. I'd expect it to have a $40 price tag if I saw it in a pet store.

I love the product and the convenience but I don't like that my dog barely fit in it. She is only 15 lbs. and I had to stuff her in there. Maybe a little bigger would have been better.

It is a very comfortable sling for the dog however it is not leather it is made out of PVC and mesh and the cord placement that cinches the dog in place is in a very precarious area around the neck and shouldâve been placed in a better spot other than that it feels good on the body and is sturdy
