Product can be frustrating when adding more chimes and buttons BUT, when it works, it works great and has been a huge upgrade in my quality of care for my disabled wife. Great support as well.

Works as advertised. Receiver unit upstairs in bedroom, transmitters downstairs with elderly person. As bedroom is overhead of elder's living area signal appears strong everywhere and I expect to hear someone 'ringing my bell' should there be an event. ;)

They are so useful that I immediately bought another. They have easy instructions for use. They seem quite sturdy and there are quite a few different call sounds/tunes to choose from

It was simple and easy to set up. I use it as a call system for my elderly father, who lives with us and is taken care of by me. I like that the tone can be changed to something less alarming - lol.

I purchased this product to help with caring for my elder mother. Initially, I wasn't sure if I should buy it, since I didn't know how to open the back of the call button to determine the length of the battery. Both of these details are not described on the product's Amazon web page. I then contacted the seller via Amazon and was shown how. The user manual needs some revision to clarify instructions regarding Steps 1 & 2 (Change the ringtone/Re-pairing):1. Press the Music/Volume key of the receiver;2. Press and hold the Forward key until the desired ringtone is reached, then release this key;3. Press and hold the Music/Volume key until LED light flashes and the receiver emits ONE DING sound, to enter the pairing mode (between the receiver and CALL/transmitter button;4. Press CALL button to send a wireless signal to the receiver, which then will flash and make a DING-DING sound;5. Press CALL button again, to confirm pairing.To change the battery, simply slide the cover off the back of the CALL button, then use the included screwdriver to open the 3 small screws on its backside.I do recommend this product.

I bought this for my mom who is dependent and needs care. This product is marketed as seniors emergency system but the product packaging is all about doorbell and how to select tune for your doorbell. The product has many doorbell templates (musical), which diminish the sense of emergency or urgency. Imagine Beethoven's tune when a senior has fallen inside the bath tub! I also found it very difficult to set a tune. User has to click through each tune to get to a desired tone, then try to set it, and fail. Repeat cycle.

I wanted to have a pager for my kids to easily call for me at night. We live in a house where the kids bedrooms and master bedroom are at complete opposite ends of the house. One night my daughter got sick and threw up all over herself so instead of coming to me she stayed in bed yelling for me. I was awake in my bedroom and didn't even hear her right away. I looked through a few of these pager systems on Amazon and chose this one because it had exactly what I needed - two transmitters one receiver. The buttons are soft and easy to press. They even include stickers for the back which was perfect since I wanted to have it connected right on their beds for easy and quick access. The receiver is clear and loud (with volume control) and has different ring tones to choose from. Although we have not needed for any "emergencies" yet, we have tested it out several times. Works great, the kids think its really neat, and it puts my mind at ease. I definitely recommend this product if you're searching for one!

Liked the range and ease of use. Alarm was loud enough to hear through out the house. Only thing we wish was different was the sound selection as it was more songs and only one chime which sounded exactly like the doorbell which caused confusion.

For my particular circumstances this product is wonderful. My grand daughter and her husband are downstairs, and we only use this when there is an emergency with my helpless husband. I push this button and they have it set up to where a blue flashing light and police siren go off. They can be playing video games with headphones on and they will see and hear this thing. They come flying up the stairs, and help with whatever the current emergency is. We have had 5 in the past 3 months. I feel safe and love this product. Update this system finally died. I opened the actual button and the battery is a powerful one and was still good, but I think we may have had a power surge here and it fried the mechanism of the receiver, so since that plugs in I know it is not the battery, so it worked perfectly for 4.5 years without a hitch or even a battery change in the 2 transmitters. This was literally a life saver for us. GREAT product and I just ordered another one unfortunately the combo with the same brand name isn't available. We will see how this new one lasts.
