Put this in my electric guitar with 2 mini amp chips and a cell phone battery to make a feedback machine. Works amazingly well! Shakes the whole guitar, and don't need an amp cab to practice this will do it.

These things work fine, no big complaints with the product itself.Half of us are here because we saw a video of someone putting drivers on big chunks of foam board insulation to make speakers. I made them, in fact I made a couple different designs of them. They sound awful, and you'll hear loud buzzing at low frequencies. Could've bought a MUCH better whole speaker pair for the price of that little project.

Quite good sound - louder than you might expect for such small drivers. But mounting them on free floating panels is not easy. And the sticky surface on the drivers is not very strong. My panel fell down and the driver fell off. Now the driver's sticky surface has lost it's stickiness.I gave up with them in the end. They sound good (with possibly a bit too much middle). But you really need to think about how you will hang them.

Amazed by the quality of sound produced through polystyrene. Sound is better than any speakers I've bought after spending time adjusting position of panels and working out a mounting system. Also, for 25w they push out much more volume than I thought they would

Surprisingly excellent. I found thin plywood gives a warm sound over the usual stiff foam boards people talk about. Great for making a speaker that just exists without any obvious location. I’d buy again.
