Update: the drill just stopped working. Started to smell like burning electronics and starting getting slower and slower, tried to give it a rest and recharge it but then it just stopped working and will not turn on anymore. I wasn't using it for anything too strenuous either so it just doesn't have much guts. The kit is not worth the price without the drill. Won't buy this brand again. Should have gone with a better brand and paid a little extra to ensure a quality product.Edit: whoever designed the layout for this kit had the weirdest way to sort it out. My tenant went and used the screwdriver bits in my drill and ended up stripping the bit. "They were right beside the drill, I thought the bits for the drill would be right beside the drill so I thought those were for the drill." And that's right the bits for the drill are on the whole other side of the case. The bits for the screwdriver are right beside the drill. Someone who doesn't know the difference, like my tenant, can then assume that like items are grouped together: the bits for the drill would be closest to the drill. I can see how that mistake can be made if someone doesn't know better and that's how the box is set up. So, just be aware of that because now I'm down one of the most used bits for my screwdriver and I haven't even had this kit for very long. Poor design.I was not expecting this kit to be that small! My tenants are laughing at me for getting "children's toys", but it has a decent selection of most things I'd need for day-to-day projects and so forth. Have not used the drill yet -my bf is jealous it comes with a drill- and I'll try to remember to update whenever I do try it out. It charges with USB which is a little annoying as it did not come with a block to plug it into. I don't think I have any extra blocks left so I'll have to get another one to charge this; that's a bit annoying. I like the versatility of things charging with USB now, but that isn't helpful unless that USB is connected to power. And as far as I know, plug ins in most houses are still just standard, not USB, and would need a block so I wish things like this would come with their own block. Otherwise, because it's so small it stores great and even though it's so small and everything in it is pretty small, everything in it seems to work just fine. It's perfect for me.

I obtained this drill set to keep in my car due to its compact nature and versatility. The set has all the basic tools you'd need, like measuring tape, hammer, screwdrivers, and more. It also comes with a 12v drill and a variety of bits. The tools are obviously not top-tier quality or meant for heavy duty work, but they are more than adequate for occasional house work. The 12v drill has sufficient power for most handy jobs, but don't expect it to handle boring a hole through a beam. Battery life is sufficient for modest use and charges in 1.5 hours via a USB-C port, making it pretty convenient. The only inconvenient part is that the battery is built-in.Overall, I would recommend this drill set. It's a really great gift as a first tool kit to someone who really just needs something for occasional work around their home. In my case, it is an ideal travel set to keep in my car.

I bought this tool set for my husband as a gift, and he loves it. These tools are very useful. No more carrying around loose tools in a plastic bag. You can take all your tools with you wherever you go in one compact box. It’s reasonably priced. I really recommend this tool set.
